Rev. John Huff is a native of Southern Indiana and a proud graduate of Indiana University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies. He went on to receive his Master of Divinity from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio.

John is passionate about building incarnational ministries that connect people to God and to one another in meaningful and lasting ways. He finds deep joy in preaching and teaching, helping others grow in faith, and discovering the ways God’s grace is at work in everyday life.

He is married to Jen, and together they have three wonderful children and a beloved dog named Punkin. When he’s not at the church, John enjoys being outdoors, cheering on the Hoosiers, and spending time with his family.

Rev. Dr. Eve Mugambi is a pastor, pastoral care and pastoral counseling provider, educator, and advocate for holistic ministry. Born and raised in Kenya, she is a graduate of Kenya Methodist University and is an ordained elder in the Kenya Methodist Church and now serving with the Indiana Conference of The United Methodist Church.

Dr. Mugambi holds a master’s degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Pastoral Care and Counseling/congregational Care from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her doctoral research explored the complex reality of domestic violence within the church and the church’s response, an area that continues to inform her passion for creating safe, healing, and compassionate faith communities.

At the heart of Dr. Mugambi’s ministry is a commitment to the holistic care of the whole person, bringing together psychology, theology, pastoral care, and counseling. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and discover pathways toward healing, growth, and wholeness, fully encompassed in the unmerited love of God.

Dr. Mugambi also serves Kenya Methodist University through her leadership as President of its Alumni across continents outside Africa (Voluntary basis). In this role, she leads a community of friends and alumni in supporting the university and responding to needs that strengthen its mission and impact.

Dr. Mugambi is married to George, and together they are blessed with two daughters. Outside of ministry, she enjoys creativity and crafts, particularly jewelry making, as well as walking and playing darts. She especially treasures meaningful conversations with her daughters, reflecting on the different perspectives of life in North America and Africa across generations and cultures.
